My partner had the sea bass for main and really enjoyed it too. All in all, €100 for two for a full evening, two aperitifs, three delicious courses, a 'pot' of wine (0.5l) and coffee was pretty good. It took a while for a server to come to me. They eventually offered us some sparkling wine for free and the overall atmosphere was just great! I had chicken Caesar salad for my starter. The sauce was too salty. They come in sets of 4 (Nord, Sud, Est, Ouest) or individually in each restaurant. I had to chase them for menus, bread, olives,water etc. My only criticism is that it's very big and Bocuse is very famous. The food was absolutely excellent and the polenta served with my rib chop was the best I have had, and I've had a lot of polenta in Italy. Initially, the service was outstanding with the...head-waiter and waiters filling glasses as they passed and so forth. We both had the Rum Baba for dessert and again it was delicious.
Encroyable, possibly the best I have ever tasted. However it is very much mass produced and therefore not a personal experience as much as they try to make it so.
